Check a report record.

Enter a report ID to see whether the record exists and what its current status is. Verification confirms the record and its status. It does not establish that every vial in a batch is identical, or that a product is safe to use.

What verification shows

Whether the record exists, who issued it, its issue date, its version, and whether it is current, superseded or withdrawn.

What it does not show

It does not confirm that other vials match the one tested, and it does not make any statement about safety or suitability for use.
