How It Works
From sample to report.
A quote-first process. Scope and price are agreed before a sample is sent, and a report is released only after review.
01
Request testing
Tell us what you are submitting and which analyses you need. Nothing is charged at this point and no sample should be sent yet.
02
Under review
Staff check that the requested analysis is available for your compound and sample type, then confirm scope and price in a written quote.
03
Private submission instructions
After your quote is approved, staff release submission instructions privately: your assigned sample reference, the receiving address, the amount required, packaging and any storage conditions. Wait for them before sending anything.
04
Receipt and analysis
Staff log receipt of the sample and record any discrepancy against what was declared. A sample has to arrive before its analysis can be completed, and progress is recorded as it happens.
05
Review and release
An authorised reviewer assesses the report before it is released. The released version is the one you can verify.
Sending a sample
Sample submission instructions and the receiving address will be provided privately during your testing request. They are written per request and include the assigned reference that must travel with your sample.
Do not send anything before staff release those instructions to you. A package that arrives without an assigned reference cannot be matched to a request.
- Receiving address
- Released privately, never published
- Required amount
- Confirmed per analysis
- Packaging and storage
- Stated in your instructions
We do not publish the receiving facility anywhere on this site — not in the footer, the FAQ, or a map. It reaches you directly, once your request reaches that stage.
Where your request stands
Every request moves through these stages, and each change is recorded by a named member of staff. Nothing advances because time has passed.

A request can also be marked Needs Information, Rejected, Cancelled. Each of those states explains what happens next rather than implying progress.
