These terms are between you and Peak Trace, which operates this site under the brand PeakTrace. Questions about them go through the Inquire page.
Inquiries
An inquiry is a message to our team. It does not create a request, a contract or an obligation to test anything. We answer inquiries privately, to the email address given in the form.
Requests and quotes
Submitting a testing request does not create a contract. It asks us to review whether the analysis you want is available for your sample. A contract forms when you approve a quote covering a confirmed scope and price.
Sending a sample
Sample submission instructions and the receiving address will be provided privately during your testing request. Do not send anything until staff have released those instructions to you. The assigned reference must travel with the sample, and a package arriving without one cannot be matched to a request. We record any discrepancy between what was declared and what arrives, and a sample must reach us before its testing can be completed.
Scope of results
Findings apply to the sample analysed and to the scope described in the report. A purity or peptide content figure is a proportion of the material analysed: it does not establish how much peptide a vial contains. No report we issue establishes that other units are identical, that material is sterile, or that it is effective or safe to use.
Reports and corrections
An issued report version is never altered in place. Corrections are released as a new version, and the superseded version stays on record and says so. We may withdraw a report, and verification will show that status with the recorded explanation.
Confidentiality
Reports are private to the requesting customer unless an explicit sharing permission is granted. We do not publish a customer's results without that permission.
What we do not accept
We do not accept requests that ask us to certify a result we did not receive, to omit a recorded specification exception, to present another laboratory's work as our own, or to describe a demonstration document as an issued result.
Draft pending legal review
Payment terms, cancellation terms, liability and governing law are not settled and are deliberately absent rather than guessed. This is a draft, not a legally approved document, and must be completed and reviewed before launch. Questions in the meantime go through Inquire.
