How do I request testing?

Complete the testing request form with your sample details and the analysis you need. We review the request and provide the next steps.

Where do I send my sample?

Sample submission instructions and the receiving address will be provided privately during your testing request. We do not publish the address anywhere on this site. Wait until staff release your instructions, then include the assigned reference with your sample.

Does a purity result tell me how much is in the vial?

No. Purity and peptide content are proportions of the material analysed. Neither establishes the quantity in a vial, nor that the contents are sterile or suitable for use.

How do I contact you?

Through the Inquire page. We do not publish an email address or telephone number; our team replies privately to the address you provide.

What does testing cost?

A single-vial certificate of analysis is $175 per vial. Other analyses depend on the scope and sample requirements, so request a quote for confirmed pricing. We do not publish a price we have not confirmed.

How long does testing take?

Timing is confirmed with your approved request. It depends on the analysis and the laboratory schedule, and we do not publish a turnaround we have not confirmed.

What does report verification confirm?

It checks the record and current status of an issued report. Findings apply to the sample analysed and the scope described in the report. Verification does not establish that every vial in a batch is identical, or that a product is safe to use.

Can I share my report?

Report sharing depends on the access permissions for that report. Reports are private by default. Contact us if you need an authorised sharing option.

What happens if a result is outside specification?

The report states the exception against the parameter concerned and does not assign an overall pass. The exception stays on every version and view of that record.

Can a report change after it is issued?

An issued version is never edited in place. If a correction is needed, a new version is issued and the earlier one is marked superseded. A report can also be withdrawn, which verification will show.
