Example COA / Demo

What an issued report looks like.

This is a layout demonstration. Every result reads “not measured” because no sample was analysed, and the document is marked DEMO wherever it appears — on screen and in the download.

Demonstration document

This page shows the report format. No sample was analysed and no result was measured. It is not an issued certificate.

Issued reports carry a product photograph here when one is supplied. A photograph is illustrative: it does not establish that the pictured container holds the material analysed.

Demonstration layout only. No sample was analysed and no result was measured.

Issued reports carry a product photograph here when one is supplied. A photograph is illustrative: it does not establish that the pictured container holds the material analysed.

  • This page exists to show the report format. It is not an issued result.

Findings apply to the sample analysed. This document does not establish that other units are identical, nor that the material is sterile, effective or safe to use.

How to read a real report

  • The issuer and the performing laboratory are named separately. Work performed elsewhere stays attributed to the laboratory that did it.
  • Declared values you supplied sit apart from measured results, so the two can never be confused.
  • Each parameter is shown against the specification it was assessed against, with the assessment stated explicitly.
  • A result outside its specification produces a material exception, and the document does not assign an overall pass.
  • A photograph, where one is supplied, is illustrative. It does not establish that the pictured container holds the material analysed.
  • The version number and hash identify exactly which release you are looking at.

This is not an issued result

A demonstration document is never treated as a verified record. Looking up DEMO-001 on the verification page returns it as a demonstration, not as a current report, and the downloaded PDF carries the same marking.
