What we will not do
- Publish a result we did not receive from the performing laboratory.
- Present another laboratory's work as our own analysis.
- Show an overall pass when a reported result falls outside its specification.
- Treat a demonstration document as an issued result.
- Claim that a purity or content figure tells you how much is in a vial.
- Use testimonials, seals or credentials we cannot evidence.
- Publish our receiving address, or tell you to ship before staff have released instructions.
Independence
Analysis is performed in our own laboratory, and our reports name PeakTrace as both the issuer and the performing laboratory. Where ownership is shared with a party that sells the material being tested, that relationship will be disclosed rather than described as independence.
